There is an endless list for natural therapies. Natural therapies are within Complementary or Alternative medicine. Naturopathic medicine, herbal medicine, homeopathic medicine, massage therapy, chiropractic medicine, acupuncture, ayurvedik medicine, healing touch, structural integration, art therapy, music therapy, colour theray, music therapy, light therapy, reiki, thermal therapy, spa, hamam therapy, spititual therapy and an infinite number of others…
Natural therapies have many things in common. Natural therapies stimulate the body’s own ability to heal itself and are gentle with little to no side effects. They address the root cause of illness rather than suppress symptoms. Finally, natural therapies offer the largest contribution to the prevention of illness and disease in the healthcare arena.
Most importantly, whatever works for you is always best, be it aromatherapy or a gentle manual manoeuvre. No one natural therapy works well for everyone because we are all unique in our own way. 1. The therapy is mode of action exists in the physical realm of existence.
2. The therapy can be physically measured or detected.
3. The therapy is targeted either at health, illness, and/or healing.
4. The therapy is slow acting, simple and inexpensive.
5. The therapy is under the control of the individual.
6. The therapy is safety, no any side effect
